I have gone there twice, the staff running around the clothing section is nice and helpful. But, the staff at the cash counter is rude, they don’t know the discounted products. The just bill it up to the actual price, I had to tell them it is discounted and then they check the discount and apply it. The worst is, I had different people at cash counter on my 2 visits and they just speak out a line which is demeaning sarcastic. One off I wouldn’t like, but it was on both the occasions with 2 different people. I don’t know what training they get or the company is not keeping any check on the staff behaviour.

Bravo to Preet (Senior Lead) for her excellent service today, helping me find the perfect pair of jeans. She pulled styles that I would never have picked and they all fit! Not only does Preet know every pair of jeans and where to find them, she demonstrates a professional and friendly manner to everyone. My husband and I were both impressed with Preet’s service excellence and her sincereness. Thank you, Preet!

I often visit this store at metropolis mall and shop clothes. Today I was on a quest for a part time job and just randomly visited this store to ask if they are hiring. I ran across this tall beautiful lady with black hair who was an absolutely gem. I was really bummed and frustrated at that point as I wasn’t able to find any company who could accommodate me with my tiny availability window. She didn’t just politely and patiently explained me about their hiring process, also made me feel so much better explaining how is it the availability that’s hindering me from getting hired rather my skills or qualifications. It was an absolute pleasure for me to talk to her because I felt so happy and encouraged to keep trying. Her customer service was above and beyond because she understood my situation, showed empathy and was compassionate enough to share her personal experience and make me the understand the reality which speaks volume about her. Honestly, old navy is lucky to have her and she absolutely deserves a raise. I will look forward to do more shopping in this location in future and also recommend my friends and families. Not everyone are so kind and empathetic to others, exceptional service and most recommended clothing store.

These employees are so annoying. I was trying on a pair of jeans, and I was just going to try a different hem, same size and everything, but they lost them, and sold them. Now I have to buy these online. Wasted an hour trying to fix this. Do better.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit crowded. Price is ok. Employees are pretty nice and friendly. Check out time is pretty long (most of time). Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Public washrooms available just next door. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking lots available.

very bad. I choosed a dress marked as sale ($19). when I went to pay for, the cashier asked for more than ($50) ! when I told the cashier about the price, she denied it and insisted on the $50 price. attached are the pictures for you to judge!

Saw a 50% sale sign at the pant section, so I took one and tried it on and fit perfectly. Price was $49.94 original price. At checkout, I was supprise when I saw the final price was $34.96. when I ask the cashier, she said it is only 30% off. Watchout for false advertising. This is how the store scam you. I did not see any staff around the store, and no price check machine available. Only 3 cashier ay that time and line up was long.

Very generous staff. Lots of variety in every style of clothes. Within the mall so easily accessible. There is a dedicated area for kids having crayons and sheets for the little Picasso to demonstrate their skills. Anita helped us very patiently.
